Due to the precise digital treatment plan and out at-home monitring app, Invisalign can often be faster than braces
Invisalign treatment takes as little as 6 months. If you have more severe crowding compared to other people, then expect around 18 to 24 months of treatment.
Invisalign aligners are moulded to your teeth so they don't rub on your cheeks like braces do. You will have a series of aligners during treatment. Each aligner is worn for around 1 week and activates a small amount of tooth movement. Once that week had passed, and the Invisalign aligner is no longer active, it is time to move to the next aligner. Because the movements are smaller and happen over a weekly basis rather than big movements happening every 6 weeks (like in braces), the Invisalign journey is more comfortable.
The cost of Invisalign varies depending on the complexity of your case, but we offer interest free payment plans up to 36 months. Expect Invisalign to cost between $5000 and $8000. Health insurance rebates may apply, depending on your health fund.
